In order to qualify for this offer, you must currently use the relevant substance to the program you’ve signed up. You must download the Pelago app, create an account, log in, and complete a check-in within the app by April 30, 2024, in order to earn the gift. Participation is limited to individuals and their family members who are eligible for the Pelago program through their health plan or employer but have yet to enroll with Pelago. The incentive is limited to one payout or gift per member, even if a member enrolls in more than one program. Pelago will send an email with a link to redeem your gift within two (2) weeks after the incentive ends on April 30, 2024. If you have not received your gift, please email members@pelagohealth.com.
